mamasdough mix
biscoff spread
crushed biscoff
topping of your choice (optional)
Method
- Follow instructions on mamasdough mix for basic dough
- Roll out dough to a rectangle
- Soften biscoff and spread over the dough
- Sprinkle crushed biscoff biscuits over spread
- Roll up into a log and cut into 1-2in pieces
- Place pieces in a lined baking tray with 1-2cm spacing between each and let rise (approx. 20min)
- Bake on 160C for 20min or until golden
- Eat fresh out of the oven or top with icing or any topping of choice
