Ingredients

mamasdough mix
butter for layering (approx. )

Egg Wash

Whisk 2 eggs
*for Plant based, use alternative

Method

  1. Follow instructions for basic dough using mamasdough mix and refrigerate over night
  2. Next day, Roll dough into rectangle
  3. Lay butter sheet or slices across middle third of dough and fold dough onto the middle third roll fold repeat x2 then refrigerate. Repeat process 2-3 times more
  4. Roll to .5cm thick Cut into long triangles and roll up
  5. Brush with egg wash and leave to rise
  6. Bake on 180deg Celsius
